Dabei wird die Teamarbeit als wichtige Arbeitsform im Kulturbereich einen Schwerpunkt bilden. Unter anderem werden Vor- und Nachteile der Teamarbeit anhand von Fallbeispielen und Übungen dargestellt. Die berufsbegleitende Weiterbildung richtet sich insbesondere an Fach- und Führungskräfte aus kulturellen Einrichtungen, Betrieben, Verbänden, Verwaltungen und Projekten sowie an FreiberuflerInnen in der Kulturszene.
"Führen und Zusammenarbeiten" ist ein Modul des Weiterbildungsprogramms "Management - Marketing - Kommunikation", das vom Studiengang Kulturarbeit und der Zentralen Einrichtung Weiterbildung der FH Potsdam unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Uwe Hanf bereits das zweite Mal durchgeführt wird. Das gesamte Programm wird ab September 2006 erneut wiederholt und kann mit einem Zertifikat der FH Potsdam abgeschlossen werden.
