Never before we have witnessed the formation of human network to the extent as now. The greatest contribution of 20th century is to provide mind to mind communication with the help of Internet. With a click of a mouse, you can be anywhere in the world.
Project thinking is the transformation of mind maps not only to cope with non-linearity of today's environment but to also provide a road map to creativity and innovation. Project thinking is one of the 4 components of the project Mindset. The other 3 components are: Project Team, Project Emotions and Project Consciousness.
Project thinking is diametrically opposite to operational thinking and forms a pair of opposites with operational thinking. Depending upon the phase of the life cycle, the ratio of project thinking to operational thinking would vary.
The speaker will highlight some of his seminal work carried out in the area of project thinking since 1999.
Adesh Jain is the first non-European President of International Project Management Association (IPMA), Switzerland since 1965. IPMA comprises of 40 countries. Adesh is one of the most renowned project management Gurus who is shaping the profession globally. On his return to India in 1973 after spending 8 years in America, he was one of the key architects in laying strong foundation for the Information Technology industry in India and for which he was awarded the prestigious Fellowship by the late President of Republic of India, Dr. SD Sharma in 1991.
Adesh Jain is a missionary in leading societies & organizations to become project oriented. He has redefined project management to strategic delivery or realisation of a vision or awakening of a dream.
