Über strategische und technische Herausfor-derungen für die Li-Ionen-Technologie am Standort Deutschland berichtet Dr. G. Hörpel von der Degussa GmbH, Creavis Technologies and Innovation, Marl. Dr. M. Schmidt von Merck KGaA in Darmstadt informiert über Trends und Märkte für Ionische Flüssigkeiten als moderne Energiespeicher. Dr. Margret Wohlfahrt-Mehrens vom Zentrum für Sonnenenergie- und Was-serstoff-Forschung in Ulm geht in ihrem Vortrag auf die Materialforschung und Entwicklung für die nächste Generation von Lithium-Batterien ein. Chairman der Veranstaltung ist Dr. M. Krausa vom Fraunhofer-Institut für Chemische Technologie in Pfinztal.
