Alle, die sich für die Entwicklung von Standards und Normen im Dienstleistungsbereich interessieren, sind aufgerufen, sich aktiv an einer von der Europäischen Kommission initiierten Studie zu beteiligen und an einem von vier im Oktober und November stattfindenden Workshops - so genannten World Cafés - mitzuwirken. Die Teilnahme an den Workshops, die nacheinander in London, Tallinn, Kopenhagen und Madrid organisiert werden, ist gebührenfrei, da sie von der Europäischen Kommission finanziert werden. Arbeitssprache ist Englisch. Interessierte sollten sich auf der Projekt-Website sobald wie möglich anmelden, denn die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt.
