Alljährlich begrüßt der Präsident der TU Berlin alle Erstsemester im Audimax. Anschließend werden in einer Wissenschaftsshow spannende Forschungsprojekte aus der Universität präsentiert - in 3D, mit Filmclips und Experimenten. Bekannte TV-Moderatoren begleiten den Erstsemestertag: In diesem Jahr kommt ZDF-Moderator Karsten Schwanke an die TU Berlin. Der 36-Jährige führt die Zuschauer des ZDF mit seiner Sendung "Abenteuer Wissen" durch die Welt der Forschung. Folgende Themen sind Inhalt der Wissenschaftsshow:
Roboterhunde - unsere Haustiere der Zukunft? Mit der Kraft unseres Hirns - Wie wir Computer steuern können. Der sprechende Computer - Massy in 3D. Aus zwei mach drei - 3D erobert die Leinwand.
Information on participating / attending:
Live-Musik mit der Band "Ike and the Capers" - Rock'n'Roll der 50er Jahre im Foyer des TU-Hauptgebäudes, 10.30 bis 11.00 und 12.45 bis 13.15 Uhr. Darüber hinaus hat das Campusradio ab 12.45 Uhr Tag der offenen Tür im Tonstudio H 108/109, und um 18.00 Uhr zeigt das UniKino den Film "Der rote Elvis" im Raum H 104.
