Zu den Schwerpunkten des Seminars zählen: Betriebsmanagement, Prozesstechnik, Nacherntetechnologie, Logistik, Arbeitswissenschaftliche Methoden, Arbeitsorganisation, Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Ergonomie, Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz, Informations- und Kommunikationssysteme und Beratungstools.
Die Veranstaltung setzt die traditionelle Reihe der Arbeitswissenschaftlichen Seminare fort. "Trotz Mechanisierung und Automatisierung in der Landwirtschaft nimmt das Interesse an allen Fragen rund um den Menschen zu", so Dr. Jürgen Frisch, Vorsitzender des Fachausschusses Arbeitswissenschaften im Landbau. "Wir rechnen mit einer regen Teilnahme von Fachleuten aus allen Bereichen der Arbeitswissenschaften."
