Zum Vortrag von Prof. Edward Castronova:"Professor Castronova will speak on the power of virtual worlds to change society. As more people spend more time in their virtual lives, there will be consequences for the real world - economic, professional, political, and social. Virtual worlds are not changing humanity, but they are changing the environment in which humanity operates. They are a physical world where you can have danger but not death, and a social world where you can start over with the click of a button. Human society has never experienced conditions like this. They seem to be very, very fun. As more people escape into all this fun, real society will face pressure to adapt. It will have to change."
