Für den Schutz gegen Korrosion und Verschleiß sind die chemische Vernickelung und die chemische Nickel-Dispersionsabscheidung wichtige galvanotechnische Verfahren. Im Seminar werden die folgenden Themen behandelt:
- Grundlagen der chemischen Nickelabscheidung
- Anwendung und Besonderheiten der chemischen Nickel-Dispersionsabscheidung
- Chemische Nickelabscheidung im Einsatz für Elektronikbauteile und Leiterplatten
- Compliance-Anforderungen REACH, RoHS und JIG 101
- Quantitative GDOS-Tiefenprofilanalysen chemisch beschichteter Bauteile
- Analytische Grundlagen und gerätetechnische Anwendungen für die chemische Nickelabscheidung
Ergänzt wird das Seminarprogramm durch die Vorstellung verschiedener praktischer Methoden in der Prozessanalyse.
