Professorin Dr. Ursula Voss, vom Institut für Psychologie der UniBonn, wird allen, die noch für Studium oder Schule lernen müssen oder für ihr Leben noch nicht ausgelernt haben, die Kunst des "Lernens im Schlaf" näherbringen. Sie wird erörtern, was sich während des "Paukens" im Kopf abspielt und wie diese Abläufe mit den Schlafphasen verknüpft sind. Darüber hinaus werden Tipps und Tricks zum effektiveren und einfacheren Lernen gegeben.
