Ziel des Projekts ist es, für die im Gange befindliche Etablierung von Gewaltmusik im Umfeld Jugendlicher zu sensibilisieren. Es geht z.B. darum deutlich zu machen, dass der Zugang zu Gewalt durch Musik sehr subtil ist und von den Jugendlichen selbst oft zunächst unbemerkt stattfindet. Denn auf den ersten Blick stehen nicht die (gewaltsamen) Inhalte und Texte im Mittelpunkt. Vielmehr geht es um Nutzung von Musik, um die Zugehörigkeit zu einer Clique zu demonstrieren. Musik ist ein wesentliches Merkmal der Jugendkulturen.
