The future of Austrian Long-Term Ecological Research: Status, Challenges and Concepts

In the last years long-term ecological research has been confronted with massive changes in requested topics, technological possibilities and societal perception as well as in terms of funding and support. With this conference BFW and LTER-Austria wants to initiate a national re-orientation of the research area.
Thus, LTER-Austria presents the White Paper „Next Generation LTER in Austria“- Status quo and Re-Orientation of Long-Term Ecosystem Research in Austria.
