Fortschritte in der Forschung für Halbleitermaterialien stehen im Mittelpunkt einer Fachtagung, die vom Leibniz-Transferverbund Mikroelektronik veranstaltet wird. FuE-Verantwortliche aus Unternehmen und Wissenschaftler/-innen aus Forschungseinrichtungen sowie Fachjournalisten können sich über die Materialforschungen u. a. für die Oxidelektronik und für die Silizium-basierte Photovoltaik informieren.
Am Vormittag liegt der Themenschwerpunkt auf der Mikroelektronik. Am Nachmittag steht die Optoelektronik im Fokus. Am Ende der Tagung besteht die Möglichkeit, entsprechende Einrichtungen auf dem Wissenschafts- und Technologiepark Berlin Adlershof und den Neubau des Zentrums für Mikrosysteme und Materialien (ZMM) zu besichtigen.
