Hochschulen aus ganz Deutschland reichten 28 Vorschläge und Konzepte ein, aus denen eine unabhängige Jury sechs Best-Practice-Beispiele ausgewählt hat, welche die Qualität der Ingenieurpromotion konkret verbessern. Die Preise werden im Rahmen eines Symposiums im Auditorium Friedrichstraße (Friedrichstraße 180) verliehen.
