Unter dem Motto "Mikrotechnik mit 5 Sinnen erleben" öffnet das Institut für Mikrotechnik Mainz (IMM) am Samstag den 21.5.2011 von 11 bis 16 Uhr seine Türen und ermöglicht Einblicke in die Welt der Forschung.
An verschiedenen Stationen mit anwendungsorientierten Beispielen zeigen wir, wo und wie Mikrosystemtechnik heute eingesetzt wird. Denn Mikrotechnik begegnet uns im Alltag z.B. bei Brennstoffzellen, bei der Blutanalyse in Minilaboren oder Chemieanlagen, auch in Sensoren für die Luftanalyse.
Ein buntes Programm mit einer spannenden, lehrreichen Wissensrallye für Kinder, Musik und Kinderunterhaltung runden das Programm ab.
