Am 30. Januar 2012 werden das Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und des Bundesministeriums für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit (BMU) eine Informationsveranstaltung zur Bekanntmachung "Förderung von Forschungsvorhaben zur Umsetzung der Nationalen Strategie zur biologischen Vielfalt (NBS)" durchführen.
Mit der Bekanntmachung fördern BMBF und BMU gemeinsam Konsortien aus Forschungs- und Umsetzungspartnern. Ziel ist die Entwicklung von Ansätzen, die deutlich über den Status Quo des Biodiversitätsschutzes in Deutschland hinausgehen. Die Bekanntmachung wurde am 08. Dezember 2011 veröffentlicht: http://www.bmbf.de/foerderungen/17645.php. Die Bekantmachung wird vom Projektträger im DLR betreut.
