Referenten des kommenden Ethics-Roundtable werden u.a. Daniela Carioso und Klaus Wilhelm Hornberg von ECPI aus Mailand sein. ECPI ist eine der führenden Adressen auf dem Gebiet des Nachhaltigkeits-Research: Über 3.500 Emittenten werden in acht Büros weltweit von einem Team von insgesamt 60 Spezialisten nach den ESG-Kriterien (Ecological, Social and Governance) untersucht und in einem Rating-System erfasst. Ziel ist es, Kapitalanlegern eine zusätzliche Urteilsbasis zu bieten, welche die Vorteile und Risiken aus der Beachtung (oder Nichtbeachtung) von Umwelt-, Sozialen und Governance-Aspekten für den Investor transparent macht. Die Bedeutung dieses Ansatzes liegt vor allem in der Verbindung von klassischer Investmenttheorie (Portfoliokonstruktion und Risikokontrolle) mit ethischen Kriterien (Beachtung höherer Ziele statt rücksichtsloser Gewinnmaximierung).

Die Veranstaltung findet am Mittwoch, dem 20. Juni 2012 von 14.00 bis 17.00 Uhr in der Klaus Evard-Bibliothek auf dem EBS Campus Reichartshausen bei Oestrich-Winkel statt. Der Besuch der Veranstaltung ist kostenfrei, um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
