Ortwin Renn ist Ordinarius für Umwelt- und Techniksoziologie an der Universität Stuttgart und einer der international führenden Risikoforscher. In vielen Forschungsprojekten und Gremien beschäftigt er sich aktuell mit der Frage der gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen von Klimaschutz und Energiewende.
