John Bercow, Sprecher des britischen Unterhauses, wird einen Gastvortrag mit anschließender Diskussionsrunde halten. Dabei wird es um die Rolle des britischen Parlaments und John Bercows eigene Rolle als Sprecher des Unterhauses gehen. Bercow wird insbesondere auf Reform- und Modernisierungsprozesse der Legislative und das Einbeziehen der britischen Öffentlichkeit sowie aktuelle Debatten im Parlament eingehen.
