KODEX UND KANON - DIE KORANHANDSCHRIFTEN DER KALIFEN OSMAN UND ALI/ HZ. OSMAN VE HZ. ALI‘YE NISBET EDILEN MUSHAF NÜSHALARIR
Der islamische Theologe Tayyar Altıkulaç (geb. 1938), ehemaliger Minister für religiöse Angelegenheiten, Abgeordneter im Istanbuler Regionalparlament und Gründungsmitglied der AKP-Partei hat 1963 am Oberen Islam-Institut (Istanbul) promoviert und war 1965 bis 1971 als Prediger und Hochschullehrer in Istanbul und Kayseri tätig. Nach öffentlichen Ämtern im Religions- und Bildungsministerium widmete sich Altıkulaç seit 1986 wieder der wissenschaftlichen Forschung der islamischen Literatur und Theologie. Er hat u.a. die dem Kalifen Osman bzw. Ali zugeschriebenen Korankodizes aus Istanbul, Kairo, Maschhad (Iran) und Sanaa (Jemen) in Faksimilieeditionen publiziert. Tayyar Altıkulaç zählt zu den Koryphäen der Erforschung früher Koranhandschriften in der islamischen Welt.
Tayyar Altıkulaç (d. 1938), eski Diyanet I leri ba kanı, XX. ve XXII. Dönem Istanbul milletvekili ve AKP kurucu üyesidir. Istanbul Yüksek Islam Enstitüsü mezunudur, 1965 yılından 1971‘e kadar Istanbul ve Kayseri‘de profesör ve imam olarak i lediyordu. Diyanet I leri Bakanlıgı ve Milli Egitim Bakanlıgı görevleri yaptigindan
sonra, 1986 yılından bu yana, Islam literatür ve ilahiyat ara tırma döndü. Altıkulaç Hz. Osman ve Hz. Ali‘ye nisbet edilen mushaf nüshaları (Istanbul, Kahire, Me hed, Sanaa) faksimilie eklinde yayınladı ve mushaf el yazmaları ara tırmalarinda islam dünyasında bir referans ki ilik olarak kabul edilir.
