Ein prominent besetztes Podium widmet sich verschiedenen Aspekten des militärischen Engagements im Cyber- und Informationsraum und seinen Auswirkungen:
• Prof. Dr. Hans-Jörg Kreowski, Universität Bremen und Vorstandsmitglied des Forums InformatikerInnen für Frieden und gesellschaftliche Verantwortung (FIfF), stellt seine kritische Sicht auf die Bundeswehr und ihre Ambitionen im Cyber- und Informationsraum dar;
• Generalmajor Michael Vetter, Stellvertretender Inspekteur und Chef des Stabes Kommando Cyber- und Informationsraum (CIR), bringt die Perspektive der Bundeswehr ein;
• Prof. Dr. Matthew Smith, Universität Bonn und Fraunhofer Institut für Kommunikation, Informationsverarbeitung und Ergonomie (FKIE Wachtberg), beleuchtet die Grenzlinien zwischen zivilen und militärischen Fragestellungen.
Als Moderator der Podiums- und anschließenden Plenumsdiskussion wird Prof. Dr. Hartwig Hummel, Mitglied des Vorstands von W&F und dort Vertreter der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Friedens- und Konfliktforschung (AFK), fungieren.
