Online Info Session informs about the new Master "Mobility Systems Engineering & Management"

The Master Program "Mobility Systems Engineering & Management", starting in October 2018, offers an unique combination of courses in mobility technologies & systems engineering. Processes and tools for the challenges of future mobility in e-drive, autonomous driving, and communication-over-the-air are introduced. Interested? Meet the head of the program’s specialization e-mobility Prof. Doppelbauer at the Online Info Session on February 7th, 1:30-2:00 p.m. (UTC +1) and hear about the program.

The HECTOR School is the Technology Business School of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). It offers high-level academic education programs for professionals on a part-time basis. One of these programs is the new Executive Master in "Mobility Systems Engineering & Management".
The innovation in electronic systems and cyber physical systems fundamentally influences industry (industry 4.0) and mobility, mainly vehicles for automated driving, electrical drive trains and car-2-x communication. Consequently, sustainable mobility concepts are increasingly using embedded electronic systems to maximize efficiency, enable automation and reduce pollution.
The content of the Master Program is divided into 10 modules: five Management Modules presents broader knowledge in management expertise and five Engineering Modules provide expert knowledge in technology developments.
Content of the Engineering Modules:
- Processes, Methods & Tools of Systems Engineering
o Systems Design
o Systems Integration & Validation
- Specialization Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS):
o Functions of ADAS
o Components & Technologies of ADAS
- Specialization e-Mobility:
o E-Mobility: Political & Technical Framework
o E-Mobility: Components & Technology
Content of the Management Modules:
- Marketing & Data
- People & Strategy
- Decisions & Risk
- Finance & Value
- Innovation & Projects
The unique combination from engineering and management topics enable students to gain positions in leading positions (management or technology driven) in an international environment.
Prospective Students and industry can learn more about the part-time executive master program “Mobility Systems Engineering & Management” and ask their questions in the webinar on February 7th, 2018 from 1:30-2:00 p.m. (UTC +1).

Help

Search / advanced search of the idw archives
Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
