In cooperation with the Talent Management Institute, ESCP Europe invites you to an intriguing discussion of challenges and practices associated with identifying, recruiting and managing multicultural talent pools.
The speakers on the panel discussion include experts like
• Rita Hambalkó (Talent Acquisition Lead at Babbel)
• Doerte Stiller (Head of CoE Talent Management at Bombardier Transportation)
• Maximilian Elling (Head of Talent Management DACH Region at Schneider Electric)
• Marion Festing, Professor for HR Management and Intercultural Leadership.
The debate will start at 6.30 pm and will be followed by a Q&A session, as well as a get-together involving delicious Mexican food from local start-ups and time to network and meet other HR and TM experts.
