Corona has changed our everyday life and the activities as university teachers and students. What was unimaginable at the beginning of the year has become reality. Corona has given a boost to digitalisation. All our courses as well as the communication with students and colleagues are digital. In the meantime, we have a wide range of digital tools in use. Ad-hoc digitalisation has given impulses for teaching and learning at our universities but also for the world of work and thus for business practice. There will be no return to the time before Corona.
Therefore we need to position teaching and learning at our universities for the post-Corona period in the long term in order to become crisis-proof, to become fit for the future and to further develop innovations.
At the same time, we have to deal with the impact that digitization has on our subject and what skills our students need in order to be able to compete successfully on the labour market of the future.
