Ziel ist es, die mittelsächsische Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Gründerszene aus den Bereichen Energie-, Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik, Bergbau sowie Recycling bis hin zu Laser- und Medientechnik miteinander zu vernetzen, und über die Landkreisgrenzen hinaus bekannt zu machen.
Insgesamt 30 Aussteller präsentieren sich im Messeformat. Parallel dazu stellen sich Firmen & Start ups in Kurz-Pitches vor. Der Großteil der teilnehmenden Start-ups sind Ausgründungen aus der der TU Bergakademie Freiberg.

Der Eintritt ist für die Besucher kostenfrei. Eine vorherige Anmeldung ist nicht notwendig.
