Die Veranstaltung präsentiert Ergebnisse des vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderten und vom Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung (BfR) koordinierten Drittmittelprojektes MIRKKOMM. Neben der Diskussion und Erörterung relevanter Erkenntnisse des Projektes zur Kommunikation während der COVID-19-Pandemie werden auch Optimierungspotenziale für zukünftige Krisenlagen vorgestellt. Das betrifft sowohl das interne und externe Wissensmanagement relevanter Akteure als auch im Speziellen die Social-Media-Kommunikation und Fragen der rechtssicheren Kommunikation in Krisen. In parallelen Workshop-Sessions sollen die Erkenntnisse vertieft und weitere Handlungsbedarfe gemeinsam erarbeitet werden.
