Deep Learning - Fundamentals and Applications to Examples in Materials Science

Artificial intelligence, in particular machine learning with deep learning, is becoming increasingly important for analysing materials science and materials science data, especially image data. This training course offers a practice-oriented introduction to convolutional neural networks for the automatic analysis of materials science data. The focus is on the classification and segmentation of image and table data.
