Wir laden Sie herzlich um 11 Uhr zum digitalen Pressegespräch ein. Sie erfahren, wie der Stand des Fachkräftemangels auf dem Arbeitsmarkt für Ingenieure und IT-Fachkräfte ist und warum vor allem ältere Beschäftigte (55+) entscheidend für den Wirtschafts- und Innovationsstandort Deutschland sind.
Das IW wird u.a. Fragen beantworten, was uns der demografische Wandel kostet, und eine Szenario-Berechnung 2037 aufstellen. Der VDI spricht über die notwendige Qualifikation der Zukunft und seine Initiative "Zukunft Deutschland 2050". Die Themen Demografie und der Umgang der Politik damit wird in den Kontext der Wahlen 2025 gesetzt.
