Arbeitsschutz in Arztpraxen – Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze

Die ärztliche Versorgung findet in Deutschland zu einem großen Teil in ambulanten Strukturen statt. Dabei unterliegen Arztpraxen ebenso wie andere Betriebe den Anforderungen des Arbeitsschutzes. Psychische und physische Belastungen, Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen, Infektionsrisiken, aber auch Herausforderungen im Bereich der Organisation, Kommunikation und Prävention sind zentrale Themen.
