Das InnoVET PLUS-Projekt NaTuL lädt Geschäftsführende, Personalverantwortliche sowie Auszubildende und alle Interessierten aus der Transport- und Logistikbranche zu einem LiveStream ein: Präsentiert werden Lernmodule des innovativen Zertifikatslehrgangs, inklusive eines Einblicks in das in den Lehrgang integrierte Serious Game.
Nachhaltigkeitskompetenzen in der Transport- und Logistikbranche langfristig stärken – das ist das erklärte Ziel des Projekts. Dabei soll eine neue Generation von Fachkräften gefördert werden, die durch innovative Ansätze ökologische, ökonomische und soziale Nachhaltigkeit in der Transportlogistik sichern. In der Metropolregion Nordwest entwickelt und erprobt das Projekt dafür einen neuartigen IHK-Zertifikatslehrgang für Auszubildende im Bereich Transportlogistik. Das Besondere an dem neuen Lehrgang ist ein KI-gestütztes Serious Game, in dem die Auszubildenden die Leitung eines virtuellen Logistikunternehmens übernehmen und dieses nachhaltig weiterentwickeln. Dabei lernen sie praxisnah, wie ökologische und soziale Faktoren in den Arbeitsalltag eingebunden werden können, um die Branche langfristig nachhaltiger zu gestalten.
