Am 7. und 8. Juli 2026 bringt die AI26 – The Lamarr Conference führende Köpfe aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Politik im World Conference Center Bonn (ehemaliger Deutscher Bundestag) zusammen. Veranstaltet wird die Konferenz vom Lamarr-Institut für Maschinelles Lernen und Künstliche Intelligenz, einem vom BMFTR geförderten KI-Kompetenzzentrum von Universität Bonn, TU Dortmund sowie den Fraunhofer-Instituten IAIS und IML.
Im Mittelpunkt stehen aktuelle Entwicklungen in Foundation Models, Trustworthy AI, Agentic AI, KI-gestützter Robotik, Healthcare AI und AI for Scientific Discovery. Dabei geht es nicht nur um technologische Fortschritte, sondern auch um die Frage, unter welchen Voraussetzungen sich KI-Innovationen in konkrete Anwendungen, gesellschaftliche Wirkung und wirtschaftliche Wertschöpfung überführen lassen.
Mit Beiträgen von Vertreterinnen und Vertretern international führender Forschungseinrichtungen sowie Unternehmen wie DeepL, Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems und Sana Kliniken bietet die Konferenz eine Plattform für den Austausch über technologische Souveränität, Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, KI-Transfer und die Zukunft der europäischen KI-Ökonomie.
Die Konferenz findet in englischer Sprache statt und wird simultan ins Deutsche übersetzt.
