Auf dem Kongress "Dienste ohne Grenzen" des "attac Frauennetz" klären Frauen aus aller Welt über die sozialen, ökonomischen und sozialen Folgen einer Politik der Privatisierung auf. Betroffene berichten darüber, wie diese Politik schon heute Bildung, Gesundheit, Wasserversorgung und soziale Dienste zur Ware erklärt. Es sollen aber auch Widerstandsmöglichkeiten und Alternativen aufgezeigt werden.
