Die Veranstaltung wird nach § 34 c der Ärztlichen Approbationsordnung von der Bezirksärztekammer Südwürttemberg als Fortbildung für Ärzte im Praktium anerkannt; dies wird auf einem gesonderten Formblatt bescheinigt. Zusätzlich für alle Teilnehmer der Fortbildung: Die Landesärztekammer Baden-Württemberg erstellt ein Fortbildungszertifikat, wenn innerhalb eines Zeitraums von drei Jahren mind. 120 Fortbildungspunkte (derzeitiger Stand) gesammelt wurden. Dafür sind einzelne Bescheinigungen über die Teilnahme erforderlich, die mit Fortbildungspunkten versehen, von der Landesärztekammer ausgegeben und nach jeder Fortbildung den Teilnehmern (auch für Ärzte im Praktikum) ausgehändigt werden.
