Sino-German Symposium “Globalization – Challenge and Response for Infectious Diseases”

The symposium “Globalization – Challenge and Response for Infectious Diseases”, organized by the National Institute for Viral Disease Control and Prevention (IVDC), China CDC, and the Heinrich Pette Institute, Leibniz Institute for Experimental Virology (HPI) aims to function as platform for the exchange between experts in virology and infection research from renown institutes from Germany and China. Beyond, also scientists from United Kingdom and Sudan will participate.

Especially young researchers are highly motivated to participate, since the symposium acts as joint event with the Sino-German Summer school “Structural Biology in Infection“.
