Abbildung: Darstellung von T-Zellen in einem Dickdarmtumor. Die Braunfärbung an dem Gewebepräparat mit einem spezifischen Antikörper (anti-CD3) zeigt zahlreiche T-Zellen, die zwischen den Drüsenstrukturen der Tumorzellen liegen (Zellkerne blau gefärbt). Es handelt sich hier um einen Tumor mit guter Prognose, der eine starke Chemokin-Expression und auch eine hohe Anzahl von T-Lymphozyten im Tumor aufweist. Vergrößerung: 200-fach
