Mit Hilfe von Laserstrahlen haben Saarbrücker Materialforscher Nanotubes auf einer Siliziumplatte wachsen lassen und Strukturen erzeugt, die unter dem Rasterelektronenmikroskop wie eine Qualle im Meer aussehen. Für dieses Bild erhielten die Wissenschaftler den ersten Preis im bundesweiten Fotowettbewerb "Nano sichtbar machen".
