Die TU Chemnitz vergab am 27. Mai 2013 den Technologie-Transferpreis "wissen.schafft.arbeit". Der vom Sächsischen Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst ausgelobte Sonderpreis für einen herausragenden Technologietransfer mit besonderem Entwicklungspotenzial ging an das HZDR und seine Tochterfirma HZDR Innovation GmbH. Staatssekretär Dr. Henry Hasenpflug (vorne) überreichte gemeinsam mit Prof. Arnold van Zyl (l. - Rektor der TU Chemnitz) den Preis an Prof. Peter Joehnk (2.v.l. - Kaufmännischer Direktor des HZDR), Prof. Andreas Kolitsch (3.v.l. - Geschäftsführer der HZDR Innovation GmbH), Beate-Victoria Ermisch (Geschäftsführerin der HZDR Innovation GmbH) sowie Dr. Björn Wolf (Leiter Technologietransfer im HZDR).
