Die Turbinenkonstruktion und -montage bei Siemens Power Generation in Mülheim ist jetzt das Arbeitsgebiet der ersten Absolventen im kooperativen Studiengang Maschinenbau der Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen. Von links nach rechts: Ausbildungsleiter Werner Buchholz, die Absolventen Kai Schmidt, Sabine Tüschen und Stefan Höyng, ganz rechts: Maschinenbaudekan Prof. Dr. Friedhelm Zehner von der Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen. Sie stehen vor einem Niederdruckturbinenläufer, der als Teil einer Dampfturbine demnächst von Mülheim nach Japan geliefert wird.
