Von der kritischen Region auf Chromosom 13 wird nur eine der beiden Genkopien benutzt: Fast alle Regionen im menschlichen Genom weisen zwei identische Kopien auf. In Abb. A ist z.B. eine Region auf Chromosom 20 mit einer Sonde mit grüner Fluoreszenz markiert, und es sind zwei kompakte Signale zu sehen. Dagegen unterscheiden sich die beiden Kopien der kritischen Region in Abb. B, die ebenfalls mit einer grün fluoreszierenden Sonde markiert sind: neben einem kompakten Signal gibt es noch ein Doppelsignal.

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
