Am Solina-Stausee in Südpolen ist das Monitoringsystem im Sommer 2006 probeweise eingesetzt worden. Die Textilfläche wird im Deich vergraben, wo die eingearbeiteten Sensoren jede Bewegung registrieren und an eine Messstation weiterleiten.
