Das Kreuz mit den Allergien: Gleiche molekulare Strukturen von Eiweißen aus der Birke bzw. aus der Kirsche sind die Ursache dafür, dass Patienten mit einer Allergie gegen Birke oft auch auf Kirschen (oder umgekehrt) allergisch reagieren, wie das Forscherteam um Prof. Rösch zeigen konnte.
