Im RWTH-Projekthaus HumTec arbeiten Geistes-, Sozial- und Ingenieurwissenschaftler unter anderem an der Optimierung der Schnittstelle zwischen Mensch und Maschine. Dr. Simon Harrison entwickelt im Gestik-Labor verbindliche Zeichen einer Körpersprache, die an lauten Arbeitsplätzen eine unmißverständliche Kommunikation erlaubt und dadurch die Produktivität steigert.
