Die Farben repräsentieren übereinander gelagerte Aufnahmen mit Totaler Interner Reflexions Fluoreszenzmikroskopie (TIRFM, rot), Epifluoreszenz (grün) und Durchlichtmikroskopie (blau, zeigt den Umriss der Zelle).
