Links oben: Zu sehen sind die Ebenen der aufsteigenden Brustschlagader, die im Rahmen der MRT-Untersuchungen auf Wandbelastung hin ausgewertet werden. Rechts oben sind die Flussgeschwindigkeiten in der aufsteigenden Schlagader und im Schlagaderbogen bei einem gesunden Probanden zu sehen. Die unteren Bilder zeigen die stark veränderten, wirbel-bildenden Flussmuster in der aufsteigenden Schlagader bei Patienten mit einer Gefäßwand-aussackung.
