Schematische Darstellung einer elektrischen Antriebsmaschine mit mechatronisch hochintegrierten Leistungselektronikmodulen. Das Forschungsprojekt EMiLE untersucht die wirkortnahe Integration von Antriebsumrichtern für E-Antriebe. Im Fokus stehen die Erhöhung von Wirkungsgrad und Leistungsdichte bei weniger Komplexität, Gewicht und Bauraum. Weitere Effekte sind zuverlässigere Produkte, vereinfachte Serienproduktion und geringere Systemkosten. EMilE wird vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) für drei Jahre gefördert.
