Die wobbler-Krankheit der Maus und ihre Heilung durch Gentherapie. Drei Mäuse auf einem Gitter zeigen, wie gut sie klettern können: Die linke Maus hat die neurodegenerative Erbkrankheit "wobbler" (wr/wr) und kann die Gitterstäbe nicht mehr greifen wie die normale Kontrollmaus (+/+) hinten rechts. Die ebenfalls normal greifende Maus vorne rechts trägt die Erbanlagen zur wobbler-Krankheit, (wr/wr), wurde aber duch ein künstlich eingebrachtes normales Gen ("Transgen", Vps54-tg) geheilt.
