Demonstrator des Projekts QuantumCascade. Die vom Fraunhofer IZM entwickelte und gefertigte Dünnglasplatine hat eine Grundfläche von 80 mm x 100 mm. Die integrierten Laser und Treiber können über ein programmierbares Interface angesteuert werden.
