Strategie zur Herstellung rekombinanter Antikörper. Die Antigen Bindungstasche des DEC Ab (a) wird kloniert und über einen Linker zu sog. Single-Chain Antibodies (ScFv) verknüpft (b). An diese ScFv können nun Tumorantigene (TA) mittels Klonierung angehängt und zur Zielsteuerung verwendet werden. Desweiteren ist es möglich die alphaDEC-ScFv mit einem anti-Adenovirus ScFv zu fusionieren (c). Man erhält so einen "Linker-Antikörper", der die Bindung von Adenoviren an DEC+DCs vermittelt.
