Mikroskopische Einblicke in den Erreger der Toxoplasmose: Ist das Dynamin B (grün gefärbt) funktionstüchtig, werden wichtige Eiweißstoffe (rot gefärbt) innerhalb des Parasiten an die richtigen Stellen transportiert und es können sich wichtige Zellstrukturen ausbilden (linkes Bild). Ist das Dynamin B gestört, dann bilden sich fehlerhafte Zellstrukturen innerhalb des Erregers. Der Parasit kann seine Wirtszelle nicht mehr verlassen und sich nicht weiter vermehren.
