Utilizing exhaust gas heat in motor vehicles took centre stage at the International Thermoelectrics Conference in Freiburg. At the conference opening, Baden-Württemberg's minister of economic affairs, Ernst Pfister (centre), showed particular interest in applications aimed at improving energy efficiency.
