Das Economic Forum Deutschland hat Prof. Dr. Jürgen Baumert, Direktor am Max-Planck-Institut für Bildungsforschung, mit dem "National Leadership Award" im Bereich Reform des Bildungswesens ausgezeichnet. Damit würdigt das Forum Baumerts international vergleichende Schuluntersuchungen, insbesondere die PISA-Studien und die damit angestoßene Diskussion um eine Verbesserung des deutschen Schulsystems.
Die Verleihung findet am Mittwoch, dem 16.Februar 2005, im Rahmen des Wirtschaftsgipfels des Economic Forum Deutschland in Berlin statt.
